Elizabeth Kmiec
A highly experienced and certified instructor with the Stott Pilates Method and Can-Fit-Pro Personal Training. In addition to Pilates, Yoga and other forms of fitness, she is also a professional dancer, with a BFA Honours in Dance from Ryerson University.
With more than 12 years of teaching experience Elizabeth has been privileged to teach a wide range of clients with varying needs and expectations. Her interest in one-on-one training began when she noticed how much harder her clients worked once the focus of instruction was entirely on them. Due to the personal attention, clients felt comfortable asking questions, worked harder and therefore improved the quality of their training and gained confidence at a much quicker rate.
Everyone uses exercise for a different purpose, some to relax, some to strengthen their bodies or minds, and some to just do something good for themselves. Whether you are new to exercise or looking for a change Elizabeth will work with you to design the perfect program for you and help motivate you along the way.
