Resistance Training
helps to increase your muscle strength through workouts involving weights, resistance bands and your own body. Pilates
was designed to stretch, strengthen and balance your body while focusing on core strength, flexibility and agility. Exercises can be done on a mat, sitting or standing, with a resistance band and props or on the Reformer.
